I cannot recommend this enough, really delicious authentically smoked fish with that genuine local feel. I have never tasted a better result than this! The upmost time and care is put into every batch and that is evident in the delicious flavours! The results are mind-blowing - if you haven't tried this smoked salmon, your missing out.
